Summer Intensive
CITL Instructional Designers

This day-long workshop features interactive sessions on prompt generation, using AI for assessment and alignment, and integrating AI into teaching. Participants engage in hands-on exercises, a faculty panel discussion, and a lunch spotlighting faculty achievements. It wraps up with a session on enhancing assessments with AI through collaboration with instructional designers. Coffee, pastries, and lunch provided.

TBR: Tech Talk Tuesday: Bridging Minds and Machines- Conversations on AI

The purpose of the session is to promote collaborative learning of AI technology and use in Higher Education across TBR Schools and our partners.

Use the form below to register for the next Tech Talk Tuesday.
Registration closes 1 hour before the session each month.
Participants will receive the invitation to the virtual Teams meeting.

These session are designed as a collaborative learning experience. Come prepared to participate. The sessions are not designed to discuss limiting the use of AI, or writing policy.

The CITL will kick off the Summer Series on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, as we begin reading Teaching with AI: A Practical Guide to A New Era of Human Learning by José Antonio Bowen and C. Edward Watson.  We will meet virtually on Tuesdays, wrapping up the series on August 6, 2024. Together, we will learn and discuss some practical ways to integrate AI into teaching and learning environments. Reading is NOT required to join in on the conversation, Registration and more information available here.
