I have been teaching at ÐÓ°ÉÊÓƵ since 2006, but have been teaching in the classroom since 1997 as a teaching assistant at UT Martin followed by four and half years of teaching at the high school level.  In all of that time, my emphasis has always been how do you break down a question into its smaller components then bring the small back together for the overall conclusion.  This analogy is what I view as essential for all problem solving and creativity from engineering to music.
